and nothing to do. I wanted to go out and practice more with my camera but the wind was blowing just enough that shooting macros just wouldn’t work. Tommy suggested that we take a drive–which we haven’t done in such a long time. I told him we should head to Talking Rock. I’m not sure why I decided on that destination, but we never made it there. Instead we turned and went to Amicalola Falls.
On Sunday morning I took a walk with Tommy and Bubba. We have several neighbors that have beautiful Southern Magnolia trees and I wanted some more pictures of the blooms.
When we got home I walked around the yard looking at all the plants that will be blooming in a week or so. The cone flowers are going to explode soon–can’t wait! These are the first to open. They are called Berry Berry and the color is just gorgeous.
